Return & Replacement Policy – Alite Lights
At Alite Lights, we prioritise product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except if the item is received damaged, defective, or broken.
1. Eligibility
- Item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without damage or defects.
- Customised, clearance, or special-order items.
- No refunds under any circumstances.
3. Replacement Process
- Email info@alitelights.com or use our Contact Page within 48 hours.
- Share your order number + proof of damage.
- Verified claims will receive a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
4. Notes
- Only the same item will be replaced (no exchanges).
- If out of stock, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline.
- All replacement requests are subject to Alite Lights’ discretion.
